Terms of Service

AI Generation Hub lets you generate images and video with third-party AI models. You describe what you want, we send that description to the model provider on your behalf, and we store the result so you can find it again.

Generative models are probabilistic. We do not promise that any particular output will be produced, that it will match your description, or that the same prompt will produce the same result twice.

One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under it, including anything generated from it. Sign-in is by a link sent to your email address, so keep access to that address secure.

Generating consumes credits. Credits are a unit of account for using this service — they are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.

• Credits included with a subscription are granted each month and expire at the end of the period they were granted for.
• Credits are reserved when you submit a generation and charged when it succeeds. If it fails or you cancel it before it starts, they are returned in full.
• The price of each generation is shown before you submit it.

Subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Dodo is the seller for your purchase, handles payment and tax, and appears on your statement. Billing questions can go to support@aigenerationhub.com and we will help or route them.

• A generation that fails, or that you cancel before it starts, returns its credits in full and automatically. You do not need to ask.
• Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. Your plan and any credits already granted stay until the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded.
• Unused credits are not refundable for money. They are a unit of account for using the service, not a balance you can withdraw.
• A duplicate charge, or one you did not authorise, is refunded in full. Write to support@aigenerationhub.com
• Where the law where you live gives you a refund right — a statutory cooling-off period, for example — it applies in full regardless of anything here.

Purchases are made from the Merchant of Record shown at checkout, so a refund is issued by them rather than by us. Ask us either way and we will handle it or route it.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Prompts are screened automatically before they reach a model, and the model providers apply their own filters, so a request may be refused at either point.

One prohibition is worth stating here rather than only by reference: this service may not be used to generate adult, sexually explicit or NSFW content of any kind, whether the subject is a real person, a fictional character or nobody at all.

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and files you supply. As between you and us, the outputs you generate are yours to use, including commercially.

Two limits worth stating plainly. Outputs are produced by third-party models whose own terms apply to them, and we cannot grant you more than those allow. And AI outputs may not be copyrightable in some countries, and may resemble existing work — checking that what you publish is lawful where you publish it is yours to do.

You grant us the licence needed to run the service: to store your prompts and files, send them to the model provider, and store and serve the results back to you. Nothing more. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models.

The service is provided as is. We depend on third parties — model providers, hosting, payment — and cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using the service at any time; write to support@aigenerationhub.com to have your account deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, and will say why unless the law prevents us.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States.
