Questions

Do I need a card to try it?: No. Signing up gives you enough credits for one image on Nano Banana 2 Lite, and without a plan your balance is topped back up to that once a day — so there is always another one to try. A paid plan adds its monthly credits and a free generation a day on Lite that does not touch them.
Can I use what I make commercially?: Yes — as between you and us, your outputs are yours to use, including commercially. Two limits worth stating: the models are run by third parties whose own terms apply, and whether AI output is copyrightable varies by country. Terms.
Are my prompts used to train models?: No. We store your prompts and files to run the service and send them to the model provider, and nothing beyond that.
What happens to credits I do not use?: Subscription credits are granted each month and expire at the end of the period they were granted for. They do not roll over.
What if a generation fails?: Credits are reserved when you submit and charged only when it succeeds. A failure, or a cancellation before it starts, returns them in full.
What happens if I cancel?: Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan and the credits already granted stay until the period you paid for ends; part-used periods are not otherwise refunded.
Who charges my card?: Dodo Payments, as Merchant of Record. They are the seller for the purchase, handle payment and tax, and are what appears on your statement.
