Privacy Policy

• Your email address. It is how you sign in; there is no password.
• What you ask for and what you get. The requests you send — the prompts you write and any files you upload as references — and the images and video produced. Requests are kept so that the Acceptable Use Policy can be enforced.
• Account activity. Your plan, your credit balance and the history of what each generation cost.
• Technical logs. Requests to the service, kept briefly for security and debugging.

We do not see or store your card details. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, and card data never reaches us.

• To provide the service you asked for — running generations, storing results, keeping your balance correct. Basis: performance of a contract.
• To bill you and meet tax and accounting obligations. Basis: contract, and legal obligation.
• To screen prompts against content policy and prevent abuse. Basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests, including those of our payment provider, whose rules require it.
• To keep the service secure and diagnose faults. Basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI models.

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, storage of generated media, and screening prompts for policy compliance.
• Supabase, Inc. — database and authentication.
• Resend — delivers sign-in links and email from support.
• kie.ai — runs the AI models that produce your images and video.
• Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record) — sells the subscription and takes payment.

Your prompt is screened for policy compliance on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, and is then sent to the model provider in order to generate anything at all. These providers operate outside the EEA and the UK; transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We set one cookie: the session that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, which is why you are not being asked to consent to it and why there is no banner. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Generations and their media stay until you delete them or close your account. Reference uploads are removed after 30 days. Records of what was charged are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is typically several years, and are retained even after an account is closed — they are the record of a transaction, not of a person’s activity.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for it in a portable form. Similar rights exist in California and several other places, and we apply them to everyone rather than by geography.

Write to support@aigenerationhub.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to your local data protection authority.

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes materially we will say so by email before the change takes effect.
