Video is billed per second, so a shorter clip costs less. The shortest Seedance will accept is four seconds.
The rules, plainly
- Credits are reserved when you submit and charged only when a generation succeeds. A failure, or cancelling it before it starts, returns them in full.
- Subscription credits expire at the end of the month they were granted for.
- Annual plans are paid once and granted a month of credits at a time, not twelve months up front.
- Subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and local taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
Refunds
- A generation that fails returns its credits in full, automatically. Nothing to ask for.
- Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. The plan and its credits stay until the period you paid for ends, and that period is not refunded.
- Unused credits are not refundable for money.
- A duplicate or unauthorised charge is refunded in full. Write to support@aigenerationhub.com
- Statutory refund rights where you live apply in full regardless of the above. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, who sold you the subscription; ask us either way.
