Acceptable Use Policy

• Adult, sexually explicit or NSFW content of any kind — pornography, depictions of sexual acts, or nudity of a sexual nature. This applies to entirely fictional and non-human subjects as much as to real people, and it is not lifted by consent, by age, or by artistic, educational or private intent.
• Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises a person under 18, real or depicted.
• Intimate or sexual imagery of a real person created without their consent.
• Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence.
• Content whose purpose is to harass, threaten, defame or incite violence against a person or group.

• A realistic likeness of a real, identifiable person — including impersonating them, putting words in their mouth, or implying an endorsement they never gave.
• Material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Anything presented as a genuine document, record, receipt or news report when it is not.

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or content designed to deceive people out of money or credentials.
• Instructions for weapons, explosives, or serious physical harm.
• Circumventing the moderation on this service, including splitting a prohibited request across several prompts.
• Reselling access, sharing an account, or automating the service in a way that degrades it for others.

Every prompt is screened by an automated moderation service before it reaches a model, and the model providers apply their own filters independently. A request may therefore be refused at either point, and a refusal is not an accusation — automated screening is imprecise in both directions.

A refused request costs nothing: credits are reserved when you submit and returned in full if it does not run.

Deliberate or repeated breaches lead to suspension or closure of the account. Content involving the sexual exploitation of children is reported to the appropriate authorities.

Everything this service produces is generated by AI. It is not a photograph, not a recording, and not evidence of anything that happened. If you publish an output where a viewer could reasonably mistake it for real, say that it is AI-generated.
